Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the astaraspace.info website and the Telegram bot @astara_oracle_bot (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service provides tools for self-reflection and self-discovery: an AI oracle chat, Tarot spreads, a natal chart, a destiny matrix, a shadow matrix, compatibility readings, horoscopes, short psychological/esoteric quizzes, a paid self-discovery course, and a paid subscription for extended oracle access.

All readings, spreads, and oracle replies are reflection and symbolic interpretation — not established fact or a guaranteed prediction of the future. They are NOT medical, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice and do not replace consulting a qualified professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency service — the Service is not designed for that.

The Service may be used by individuals aged 16 and over. Payments may only be made by individuals with full legal capacity under the laws of their country, or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials (password, login token) confidential and for all activity under your account. Chart-calculation data (name, birth date, etc.) should be accurate — the quality of your readings depends on it. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Payment terms, pricing, and how access is granted are described in the Public Offer. The "Month" plan and the "Oracle + course" package are subscriptions with automatic monthly renewal (by card or via Telegram Stars); you can cancel the next charge in the Telegram bot ("Cabinet" section) or, for Stars, additionally in Telegram itself (Settings → My Subscriptions). The "Week" and "Year" plans are one-time payments for the chosen term, with no auto-renewal. Refund terms are in a separate Refund Policy.

The Service's design, text, code, and course content belong to its rights holder and are protected by copyright law. You may use reading text and oracle replies generated specifically for you for your own personal purposes. The self-discovery course is provided as lifetime access to content on the site — this does not transfer copyright in the content itself.

The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it stable and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete freedom from error — in part because some content is AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of readings or oracle replies — they are reflective, not directive, in nature (Section 3). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violating these Terms, including the rules in Section 7. You may stop using the Service at any time; this does not release either party from obligations that arose before termination (for example, a payment already made is governed by the Refund Policy).

We may change the Service's functionality and these Terms. We'll announce material changes on the site or via the bot. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in accordance with the procedure established by Ukrainian law.
