1. Payment
Payment methods: bank card (via the secure page of the payment partner integrated with Astara) or Telegram Stars.
Access to the paid service opens automatically and instantly once payment is confirmed.
Card details — number, expiry, CVV — are entered directly on the payment partner's secure page and never reach or get stored on Astara's servers.
2. General provisions
This Policy describes the conditions for refunding payments made for Astara's services (the "Oracle" subscription, the self-discovery course, the combined subscription). It supplements the Public Offer. All services are digital goods, so refund conditions differ from those for physical goods.
3. "Oracle" subscription (week / month / year)
For any first payment on the "Week", "Month", or "Year" plan, we refund the full price if the request is made within 24 hours of payment and the subscription hasn't actually been used in that time (no oracle requests beyond the free limit, no paid sections opened). After 24 hours, or after the first use of extended access, the payment is considered consumed and is not refundable; the unused remainder of the paid term is also not refunded, since access is granted in full, immediately.
The "Week" and "Year" plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal. The "Month" plan renews automatically every month (by card or via Telegram Stars): you can cancel the next charge in the Telegram bot ("Cabinet" section) or, for Stars, additionally in Telegram itself (Settings → My Subscriptions) — access already paid for the current month remains active until the end of the period. Each subsequent "Month" charge is a separate payment, to which the same 24-hour / no-usage rule above applies.

4. "Self-Discovery" course
We refund the full course price if the request is made within 24 hours of payment and no more than Day 1 course content has been opened in that time (course content unlocks progressively, day by day, from the purchase date). After 24 hours, or once Day 2 content or later has been opened, the course is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
5. Combined "Oracle + course" subscription
This is a subscription with automatic monthly renewal — by card or via Telegram Stars. The first payment follows the same conditions as Sections 3–4 above: a full refund within 24 hours if the package hasn't actually been used (no oracle requests beyond the limit, no Day 2 course content opened); after that window or first use, the package is considered consumed. Each subsequent monthly charge is a separate payment, to which the same 24-hour rule applies. You can cancel the next charge in the Telegram bot ("Cabinet" section); for Stars you can additionally cancel it in Telegram itself (Settings → My Subscriptions). Access already paid for the current month remains active until the end of the period; the current, already-paid month is not refunded after cancellation, except within 24 hours of that specific payment.
6. Telegram Stars payments
If you paid via Telegram Stars, refunds are additionally governed by Telegram's own refund policy and mechanism. Email us at astaraspaceinfo@gmail.com — we'll confirm eligibility under Sections 2–4 above and help arrange the refund through Telegram; the final timing and decision on the Stars transfer itself rest with Telegram.
7. When refunds are not issued
- more than 24 hours have passed since payment;
- content/access has already been used beyond the limit stated in Sections 2–3;
- the account was banned for violating the Terms of Use;
- a repeat request is made for a payment already refunded or already reasonably denied a refund.
8. How to request a refund
Email astaraspaceinfo@gmail.com with: the email/login or Telegram account the payment was made under; the payment date and amount; the order number if you have it (e.g. in the payment service's confirmation email); and the reason for your request. We review the request and respond with a decision within 3 business days.
9. Refund timing
Once a request is approved, funds paid by card via the Site's payment service are refunded to the same card, typically within 5–14 business days (the exact timing depends on the card-issuing bank). Telegram Stars refunds follow Telegram's own timing and mechanism (Section 5).
