Public Offer

This document is a public offer (an invitation to conclude a contract) by the entity named in the "Seller's business details" section (the "Seller"), addressed to any legally capable individual (the "Buyer"), in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Paying for the services described below constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

The Seller grants the Buyer access to the Service's digital offerings, on terms chosen by the Buyer:

• the "Oracle" subscription — week / year — a one-time payment for the chosen term, with no auto-renewal;
• the "Oracle" subscription — month — with automatic monthly renewal (by card or via Telegram Stars);
• the "Self-Discovery" course — 24 lessons, 6 modules, lifetime access, content unlocked progressively by day;
• the combined "Oracle + course" package for 30 days — with automatic monthly renewal (by card or via Telegram Stars).

The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the chosen service through the payment service available on the Site or via Telegram Stars in the bot. Before paying, the Buyer has the opportunity to review this offer, the Terms of Use, and the Refund Policy.

Prices in effect as of this document's last-updated date: "Oracle" subscription — week 60 UAH (one-time), month 149 UAH/mo (auto-renewing), year 890 UAH (one-time); "Self-Discovery" course — 399 UAH (one-time); the "Oracle + course" package — 249 UAH/mo (auto-renewing). The same services can be paid for in the bot via Telegram Stars at an equivalent price in that currency — for the "Month" plan and the "Oracle + course" package this is also a subscription with automatic monthly renewal. The Seller may change prices; a change does not affect an access period already paid for and active. Payment is accepted by card via the payment service available on the Site (UAH) or via Telegram Stars in the bot.

Access to a paid service is granted automatically and instantly once payment is confirmed by the Site's payment system or Telegram — there is no physical delivery, as this is a digital product. If access is delayed for technical reasons, the Buyer may contact astaraspaceinfo@gmail.com.

The Seller undertakes to provide access to the paid service at an appropriate level of quality and to take reasonable steps to keep the Service running smoothly. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data needed to calculate their chart and not to violate the rules set out in the Terms of Use. The Seller may engage third parties (payment systems, the AI provider) to perform the contract — see the Privacy Policy.

The terms and process for refunds are set out in a separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this offer.

The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law and the Service's Terms of Use. The Seller is not liable for an inability to grant access due to circumstances beyond its control (actions of payment systems, network providers, etc.).

By making a payment, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data under the terms of the separate Privacy Policy.

The parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to perform their obligations if this results from force majeure circumstances arising after the contract was concluded and beyond the parties' control.

This offer is valid indefinitely from the date of publication until withdrawn or replaced by a new version by the Seller. The Seller may unilaterally amend the offer — the current version is always available on this page.
